CANCELLATION POLICY: 80% refund of payments excluding purchased airline tickets if HFA is notified in writing of cancellation sixty (60) days before departure date. 50% refund of payments excluding purchased airline tickets if HFA is notified in writing of cancellation forty-five (45) days before departure date. 25% refund of payments excluding purchased airline tickets if HFA is notified in writing of cancellation thirty (30) days before departure date. 10% refund of payments excluding purchased airline tickets if HFA is notified in writing of cancellation less than thirty days before departure date.

Refund for Airline Tickets: Once purchased, airline tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid and can be used within one year of the original travel date with penalties imposed by the airline. HFA has no responsibility for airline ticket refunds once tickets are purchased. We purchase tickets on your behalf but the ticket belongs to the traveler. If you cancel current travel plans but want to travel on a different Motherland Tour within one year, we will work with you to change your ticket to the new travel date. This exception only applies to use of airline tickets for a different Motherland Tour. All other cancellation policy provisions stated above remain in effect. If you cancel with no intention of future travel with HFA then you are responsible for working directly with the airline regarding refund or credit for your ticket.
